I myself is a regular coffee drinker. I drink an average of 4 cups a day, 1 in the morning, 2 during office work and 1 cup before I sleep. Drinking coffee relaxes my mind and body, It helps me focus more in my work and rest well when it's time to sleep. From time to time, I also drink tea.
