How To Cancel Annoying Print JobsStuck with a print job that cannot be canceled? If the cancel option on the list of pending print jobs wont work then deal with it with these workarounds. First you can restart "spoolsv.exe" service by opening Services (type "services" from Run / Search box) and look for Print Spooler. Right click the Print Spooler service and choose Restart from the popup context menu.

Or Just copy the following script to notepad and name it as bat file (ex. cancelprint.bat).

@echo off
echo Stopping print spooler.
net stop spooler
echo Cancel all print jobs.
FOR %%A IN (%systemroot%\ system32\ spool\ printers\ \ *.*) DO DEL %%A
echo Starting print spooler.
net start spooler

Now every time you are stuck with a stubborn print job, just double-click the file and it will stop the print spooler service, delete the temp files, and restart the print spooler for you.

You can also download the bat file here.
